Weekend REQ:As needed, usually every 3rd weakened.
On Call REQ:No
Floating REQ:Yes
Floating REQ to Sister Facilities:Traveler may be asked to float to the surrounding outpatient clinics.
Blocked Scheduling:Unit manager will considerLocals Accepted:Yes
Certs & License:
*ARDMS- Required
*RVT-Required ONLY if working night shift -Required
*BLS (American Heart Assoc.)- Required
RTO Restrictions: Unit manager s approval required.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.
Special Requirements:
General, AB SP, OB (1st, 2nd), testicular, biopsies, breast REQUIRED.
Vascular - Arterial and venous- PREFERRED
