Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to education. Monitor student progress using data-driven assessments, adjusting instructional methods as needed. Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and behavioral skills. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field. Connecticut state certification in Special Education. Prior experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
