Soliant Health is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in Myerstown, PA for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Job Description & Responsibilities: As a Speech Language Pathologist in this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of services to students who require support with speech, language, and communication challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address each students unique needs. Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure effective support and intervention. Monitoring and documenting students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Providing direct and indirect therapy services, including individual and group sessions. Requirements: Must possess an active or pending state SLP license for Pennsylvania. ASHA certification is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with diverse professional backgrounds.
