The Therapy Tree is looking for licensed mental health professionals skilled in multidisciplinary team approach working with children, adults and families. Focus on families and team collaboration is priority for our clients and program needs.
Duties:- Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing various therapeutic approaches.- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients.- Desire to participate in collaboration with other healthcare professions, team-building, and program development to ensure coordinated care for clients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in the field of counseling and therapy.- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all aspects of clinical practice.- Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand their loved one's diagnosis and treatment options.
Experience:- Must hold a valid license as a *LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT*- Experience working with ASD, ADHD, ADD, OCD, ODD, and other behavior and emotional disorders.- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding system for diagnostic purposes.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, families, and other professionals.
Positions are per diem, W2 employee, flexible part-time and full-time placement.
