CAH in Northern Minnesota is in need of a travel Physical Therapist to come in and work a 13 week assignment during the day shift. 40 hours per week, no call and no weekends! Lots of outdoor activities for their time off.Job Requirements
PT needed. 13 weeks.Experience for both Inpatient and Outpatient is required50% Outpatient, 25%Inpatient, 25%SNF, this can fluctuate based on needs.# patients treated per day - 7-8 patients a day, 1hour per patient, 7hours of patient care a day.May have to double book occasionally and then the patient care would be 30 minutes.Must have good critical thinking skillsWill take first time travelersNeed to have good time management skills and be flexibleMust be able to pick documentation system quickly as you will be documenting in two different systemsDoes not need previous history at SNF, they will orientate to that on siteSchedule Information
Day shift. 40 hours per week, no call and no weekendsM-F, 8-4:30Shifts: PT/PTA 8am-4:30pmWeekend Requirement: potentially every 4th weekend you may have 1-2 patientsHolidays- Occasional holidays but rareUnit Specific Information
