PeaceHealth Home Health in Florence, OR is seeking a Occupational Therapist for a part time .8 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $44.83 - $66.35
You will have the opportunity to work in the patient’s own environment engaging family and caregivers.
Our multi-disciplinary Home Health team consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, RN’s, Medical Social Workers, Registered Dietitians and Bath Aides. Our dynamic team meets regularly providing the opportunity to collaborate with supportive peers to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes.

*What You Bring:*
1 year OT experience - home health preferred OT license, BLS, Drivers license/proof of insurance
