2 full years of experienceActive BLSCA LicenseExperience with Oasis (gov't mandated form)One year experience working PT/OT/SpHome setting experience is preferred but not requiredSchedule Information
Majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pmFlexible shift timesWeekend Requirement: every 3rd weekendHolidays: minor holidays, major only if neededUnit Specific Information
Unit: PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)Certs: Speech - preference/requirement for CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential may existScrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeansOutpatient and Inpatient: N/AAdditional Details
Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeksCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anythingRehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes - usually will be perm staff though
