Job Details: 23 - 24 SY (Mat Leave) Full - Time (37.5 hrs/week) Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial needs. Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, client preferences, and evidence-based practices. Provide direct occupational therapy services, implementing therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care tasks, and environmental adaptations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Vermont. Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting. Knowledge of assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices in occupational therapy. Familiarity with various diagnoses and conditions, and their impact on individuals' functional abilities.
