MedAdventures is looking to bring on a Speech Language Pathologist for a wonderful school district partner in the Lansdale, PA area
This position can be Part Time if that is all you can work!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care and patient care, with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. This position offers the opportunity to work in a School setting working with students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans- Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing disorders- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care- Maintain detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology- State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required- Proficiency in learning plans and IEP
Compensation and Schedule:
- Target rate is $50/HR but open to negotiation
- Will be working with students until the end of the school year (Mid June)- Benefits, 401K and PTO are available- Both Part Time and Full Time options being considered
