Call requirements include 10 call days per month. Work involves managing a unit with three rooms and five beds, with an average daily census of 8-10. Utilize systems such as Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR. Scrub color provided by the facility. Rotating weekends are required every third weekend. Potential to float to a sister campus. Full compliance is required to start on time, with pushbacks up to two weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Pre-screening by clinical personnel will determine a clinical fit before managerial approval.Additional Details Candidates must be available to ensure compliance and scheduling within a specific timeline.
