We seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Benefits Coordinator to join our team! No prior experience necessary! This position offers a competitive income of $54k - $110k in the first year plus excellent benefits and bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities:
-Initiating and receiving client calls to address inquiries and provide assistance
-Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested information about our benefits
-Conducting Zoom video calls to present and explain benefits in a clear and engaging manner
-Deliver on-going support to union members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with benefit changes, and facilitating claims processing to ensure a seamless experience
-Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by periodically following up to review needs, update benefits, and address any changes in their circumstances, ensuring their continued satisfaction and trust
-Be able to excel both independently and as a key member of a collaborative team. Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work autonomously while also contributing effectively to teams workshops and goals.
Requirements
-Work Ethic & Ambition: No experience or degree necessary, just a desire and commitment to succeed-Capable of communicating efficiently with clients to get them the benefits they need-Self-motivated while still having the ability to work within a team to hit personal and group goals-Being and remaining coachable with a learning mindset and an ability to adapt and adjust to new solutions and methods-Must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection for remote work
