About the Mission You Will Join: Support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) in shaping and implementing its cyberspace strategy and policy.

Your Impact to the Mission: The Executive Secretary / Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) in shaping and implementing its cyberspace strategy and policy. This role involves providing administrative and strategic support to the DAF CIO, including briefing senior leaders, coordinating strategic activities, and tracking progress towards strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Support:

Assist in the development and coordination of the DAF's cyber and information technology strategy and supporting policies.Track progress towards strategic goals and provide regular updates.Administrative Support:

Provide overarching guidance and processes for unifying the DAF's information technology and cyberspace initiatives.Support the organization of the cyber workforce, including training and educating Airmen and Guardians.Coordination and Briefing:

Provide required support to effectively manage the cyber workforce from accession through departure from the DAF.Brief senior leaders on a recurring basis to ensure the DAF CIO's objectives are met.Guidance and Tracking:

Provide guidance on the articulation, coordination, and tracking of strategic activities, including dashboards, metrics, and scorecards.Assist in the formal staffing of the strategy in support of the DAF CIO's intent.Experience Needed to Be Successful:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in office software and tools such as MS Office, Task Management Tool (TMT) or ETMS2 or similar.Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in strategic planning and coordination.Familiarity with military or government operations.Basic Qualifiers:
