Our two divisions - custom architectural lighting firm Acolyte and signage lighting specialist AgiLight - engineer and manufacture premium LED fixtures and modules used in major installations around the world. If you can think of it, we can build it. We sell the soft lights inside luxury suites and the bright lights outside stadiums. Our LEDs illuminate sumptuous dining rooms in Michelin starred restaurants and bold name-brand fast-food chain signage. Expand GENLED Brands market share with regional accounts.Employ dual focus on architectural lighting specification and crossover accounts with signage lighting specification.Create (and exceed) individual product category sales targets and overall revenue goals.Help design and execute go-to-market strategy for new products and new areas of business.Optimize marketing dollars and resources for maximum brand exposure and growth.Travel regularly to meet key customers, prospect new sales agencies and attend trade shows and networking events.Provide first-rate customer service with technical information and provide product recommendations to fit the vast and ever-changing design intents of architects and lighting designers.Perform product demos and sales training for existing customers and prospects while differentiating GENLED Brands products and solutions from competitor offerings.REQUIREMENTS
4-year college degree5+ years of sales experienceStrong relationship builder (existing relationships with rep agencies, lighting design firms, and architectural firms required)Outstanding communications abilitySolid business acumen and leadership in sales and marketingStrengths in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales
