Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Scrum Master position! This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing:
•Guide and coach the Scrum Team on SAFe Agile principles and practices.
•Support the organization in its SAFe Agile journey by providing training, mentoring, and coaching.
•Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
•Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
•Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
•Ensure the team adheres to SAFe Agile practices and principles.
•Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align on best practices and drive consistency across teams.
•Monitor and report on team performance and progress, using metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team and with stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
•Proven track record of guiding organizations through SAFe Agile transformations.
•3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
•Strong experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is a plus.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay Range:
$50-$53/hr +
