Must have 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.BLS certification required.Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Idaho.Schedule Information
4 10-hour shifts (0730-1800).No self-scheduling.Rotating weekends – about every 4th weekend.Holiday requirements as needed.Unit Specific Information
Number of shifts for unit/department-specific orientation: Usually 2-3 days.What areas are they required to cover: Acute Inpatient and Rehab.Additional Details
