Description

The Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, monitoring, documenting, and coordinating all training activities within the organization.

Essential Functions:

Assess training needs for new and existing employeesIdentify internal and external training programs to address competency gapsPartner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needsOrganize, develop, or source training programs to meet specific training needsInform employees about training optionsMap out training plans for departments within the organizationTrack and report training outcomesProvide feedback to program participants and managementEvaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodologyMaintain employee training recordsReview and audit employees specific training file for compliance and records managementMaintain training classes and schedules via Smart SheetsPrepare classrooms to ensure they are ready for instructorsPrepare and organize training information and all instructional aidsHandle logistics for training activities including venues and equipmentManage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipmentOther duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related program softwareAdept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methodsKnowledge of Smart Sheets highly desiredAbility to design and implement effective trainingExcellent communication skillsStrong presentation skillsAbility to work nights and weekends. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. A bachelors degree in education, training, HR, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years training experience requiredExperience with Learning Management Systems and Web Delivery tools (preferred)Organizational experience in government contracting environments, preferredBilingual in English and Spanish, preferredMust possess a valid drivers licenseMust be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
