Job Title :Senior Scrum Master - Healthcare DomainJob Location : Down Town Dallas (onsite)Job Tenure : Full Time with BuzzclanWe are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our healthcare client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and aligned with Agile principlesCollaborate closely with Product Owners to optimize product backlog and sprint planningMentor and train junior Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvementManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectivelyImplement and oversee project management tools and best practicesCreate comprehensive reports on sprint progress and team performanceWork closely with Data and Infrastructure teams, understanding the technical aspects of their projectsEnsure adherence to healthcare standards and policies in all project activitiesRequirements:10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 5 years in the healthcare domainDeep understanding of healthcare standards, policies, and regulationsProven track record of successfully leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologiesStrong knowledge of project management principles and toolsExperience working with Data and Infrastructure projects and teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead and train junior Scrum MastersProficiency in various project management and collaboration toolsCertification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Agile (ACP) methodologies requiredPMP certification is a plusBachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferredThe ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a passion for Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. They will be able to navigate complex projects, drive team performance, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
