TravelPosition is 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient.

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Evaluate patients and establish a written plan of treatment with short, and long term goals.Keep appropriate documentation records, ie: daily logs, progress notes, discharge notes, etc. Maintain open lines of communication within department, between departments and with the physicians.
