This position is located at our Four Seasons Ski Concierge and Hotel locations in the Four Seasons Resort in Vail Village, Vail Co.
We are seeking a Ski Tech Sales Supervisor with previous experience supervising in a high-volume ski shop that includes a fleet of Rental & Demo Skis and Snowboards,
This is an ideal opportunity for a ski industry professional with a keen knowledge of ski equipment and related merchandise, a passion for providing expert level of service, technically skilled, and ability to coach and mentor staff with an interest in the mountain lifestyle to be part of our team.
You will report to the Ski Shop Store Manager.

Job Duties Include:
• Keyholder responsibilities to open and close store maintaining security procedures.• Managing cash registers protocols and records.• Supervising staff of ski retail and rental technicians, ensuring proper training, scheduling and breaks.• Oversee daily operations of busy ski shop including monitoring overdue lists, receiving of merchandise, etc.• Maintaining store policies and procedures.• Ensuring that our guests' expectations are met with a high level of service.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Previous Ski Shop experience, minimum of 2 years with experience supervising preferred.• Skilled verbal and written communication in English, Spanish a plus.• Proficient with computer equipment and rental reservation software systems.• Ability to motivate, train and encourage experienced and new staff in their jobs.• Provide a high level of customer service by displaying a professional and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.• Knowledgeable of Ski & Snow sports Industry products and technologies.• Enthusiasm for the sport of skiing/ snowboarding.
Pay Rate Range: $27 - $32 per hour depending on experience.

Full-time Seasonal includes Ski Pass Program and Staff Discount Program.
Part-Seasonal includes Ski Pass Program (partial reimbursement) and Staff Discount Program.
We offer skier schedules: split shifts, day shifts.
We are open daily, holiday's, weekends when the ski area is open.
