Enterprise Application Administrator

As a member of CoreSite's information technology team, the Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the administration of key enterprise applications that support critical business operations. The position will facilitate the reliable performance and security of the applications while coordinating with various application vendor support teams to ensure timely resolution of support issues. The Enterprise Application Administrator will collaborate with the rest of the DevOps team to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of system changes as needed.Duties:

Install and upgrade enterprise applications as needed to support strategic projectsMaintain systems by applying system updates and upgradesCoordinate with support vendors to ensure resolution of various types of support requestsCollaborate with various teams to troubleshoot application issuesTrack and manage internal support requests to ensure the timely resolution of issuesAdminister user access for key enterprise applicationsDevelop and modify monitoring and alerting frameworks to support technology solutionsCommunicate with application user bases when issues ariseParticipate in regular audit and compliance activities to ensure the integrity of our systemsSpecial projects as assignedPromote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite's culture and valuesRequirementsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment that consists of at least two onsite days in downtown Denver office per week including Tuesdays and Wednesdays for in-person team collaborationTeam and customer service orientation while working well as part of a groupPivot easily within a constantly changing Agile environmentSelf-starting, self-motivated, driven individualStrong troubleshooting skillsStrong ability to communicate with various teams at both the technical and business levelsEducation/Experience:3+ years experience administering a Microsoft Windows environment3+ years experience in a technical support role2+ years experience with application installation and configurationExperience with Microsoft SQL Server preferredExperience with JD Edwards, MuleSoft, and/or Salesforce preferredCertifications a plus (Microsoft, A+, Security+, AWS, etc.)Physical Demands:

Compensation:

Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $$75,000 and 85,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
