Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Data Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, data management, and a background in government projects. This role involves managing the Scrum process, ensuring effective collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Apply knowledge of government regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all project activities.
Utilize understanding of Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, to guide the scrum best practices.
Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Promote continuous improvement practices within the team, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Manager or Scrum Master
Proven experience in managing projects within a government environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, and familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $91,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
