JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Manager, Master Data Management, will set and lead the strategy and priority of Master Data Management across the business, driving a critical business initiative across multiple Segments representing over $4B in revenue. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across the organization, driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to marry business strategies with an executable process. Strategic Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive MDM strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals across Product and Customer lifecycles.Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in MDM and digital product management, applying best practices to enhance our MDM capabilities. People Management: Lead team of Business Analyst (BA), Data Analyst (DA), and Product Owners (PO) for respective Data Products including Product, Asset, Customer, and Contact data Architectural & Execution Responsibilities Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of MDM products, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.Maintain a prioritized backlog of Segment user stories for implementation. Develop detailed specifications for product features, making sure they are understood by the development teams Data Integration: Champion efforts to integrate master data across various systems and platforms based on business impact, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.Assists in developing the MDM data model and architecture Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze MDM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Change Management Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, commercial excellence, business units, and other Subject Matter Experts, to understand data needs and ensure alignment with MDM initiatives. Change Agent: Act as an ambassador for data product internally and externally, as well as primary technical contact for queries related to MDM strategy within the segment Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on MDM processes and tools. Qualifications Job-Related Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
