Lead Salesforce Developer - 12 Month Contract to HireDuration - 12 Month Contract to HireLocation - Hybrid, Denver, CO (2 days on-site)Pay Rate - $75 - 80/HourRepsonsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.Develop and implement custom Salesforce features, including Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.Tailor and configure Salesforce to fit the organization's business workflows.Partner with developers and administrators to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high code quality through adherence to best practices.Keep current with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to suggest and apply system enhancements.Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials, and provide user training and support as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with extensive knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred.Solid understanding of Salesforce security frameworks and best practices.Experience with integration tools and technologies is an advantage.
