Periodically train on policies per schedule provided by the QA department and in compliance with JSOX. Manage, support and administer I.T. JSOX monitoring and reporting tools. Install, configure and maintain the organization's LAN, servers and workstations. Manage, support and administer the corporate telephony infrastructure. Provide all levels of technical support, user training and troubleshooting for PC, server, storage, hardware and software products; including office products for all on-site and off-site employees. Maintain inventory database of PC software and hardware items. Setup and configure new PC hardware and software, record items in inventory databases, and where appropriate, work with Cost Accounting to tag capital items. Manage and control all computer equipment and distributing computer equipment and mobile devices. Install/upgrade software pply fixes/patches to software on an as needed basis. Install/replace computer hardware. Create and manage user profiles for the production network. Insure there is separation between admin and user roles in all systems Maintain password renewals for the production network. Ensure updates for virus protection platform is current. Maintain current user licensing for PC/laptop applications. Implement and manage production network backups Perform restores from backup media when requested / necessary. ssist in proper tape rotation for System backups Create and maintain IT policies and procedures Maintain hardware and software documentation. Handle service calls for hardware and software issues. Responsible for keeping software at current levels. Maintain inventory of spare parts/peripherals. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management. Support all desktop applications and client installations. Support and administer mobile devices. Provide all levels of technical support, user training and troubleshooting for PC, server, storage hardware and software products; including office products for all on-site and off-site employees. Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management. Education Requirements and Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of five (5) years' experience with desktop and server support. Certifications: MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician), MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist), CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+ A+. preferred Experience with Windows 7/8/XP/10, TCP/IP, and networks. Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/Outlook e-mail system, Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge of SAP helpful. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good people skills are required as this position will consistently interact with internal/external customers and vendors on a daily basis. Excellent communication and technical skills are necessary to implement, manage and support all current and future network infrastructures, as well as internal procedure and policy creation/modifications.
