Database space - Series DDo you enjoy helping customers and have worked in a highly technical space already? Want to work with some of the smartest engineering folk (ex-Google, ex-Sisense etc?)A growing data-warehouse business are looking for someone like you to join their customer support engineering team of 5. You will help with any customer requests related to the database that predominantly come in via Slack or Email, but also collaborate with Solution Architects for new customers but also complex cases. Problems you will work on are within the data warehouse space, i.e
implementation, multiple systems and layers, SQL & Relational Database Systems, Log Parsers, Cloud
etcYou will be frequently collaborating with the engineering team, who consist of multiple ex google and meta folk. This role can move into a solutions' architecture role in the future too.
