Operational Technology Business Analyst

Responsibilities:Analyze technical incidents related to Operational Technology systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and procedures to identify root causes.Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing.Escalate complex issues to senior analysts for further investigation and resolution.Assist senior analysts with ongoing projects related to OT system optimization and maintenance.Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies within the OT domain.Participate in training programs to develop your technical skills and knowledge.Qualifications:3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Technical AnalystBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
