This is a unique opportunity to use your marketing skills and capabilities to drive results within the AWS Consulting Partner Marketing Center of Excellence team. The Partner Marketing Manager for Global Consulting partners will have ownership to develop the global marketing strategy, ensure alignment to the sales plans and strategic AWS & partner objectives, and assigned budget. They will own and actively manage the global marketing relationship with these partners, focusing on growing CMO and marketing relationships to scale and build best practices in marketing. This specific role will decide investment areas of the partnership - what content to build, what events to do, design global programs and campaigns and use all marketing skills for the highest impact and reach for each program. This role is focused also on finding and building out best practices. This role is responsible for building and agreeing upon the execution strategy, in collaboration with regional partner sales and marketing teams, other AWS marketing stakeholders, and, of course their partners. They are accountable for driving alignment to a set of shared goals and KPIs across this complex stakeholder community and then driving through execution both within AWS and within their partners to deliver meaningful business impact.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will develop marketing strategies for your assigned AWS partners, build campaigns and content, manage a budget (MDF), find and create new references and use cases with partners, manage communication and seek to leverage your partner's key value proposition in AWS led motions.
A day in the life
It's always Day 1! A day with partners is never the same, but days begin with data. How are the results? Do you need to adjust your campaign flow or targets to optimize results? You may respond to email, board a plane for an event, or write a narrative. Was there a new win that is reference worthy? You would work on that creative piece and tell that story with a customer benefit in mind. You may work on a social amplification plan or collaborate with Industry teams on a new campaigns. This role uses so many marketing skills!

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
