Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

with

2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience . The attorney will independently manage a docket of

car wreck

and

slip and fall

cases, handling litigation from filing the lawsuit through trial. The role requires a strong background in personal injury litigation, with the ability to manage cases independently.Job Responsibilities:

Independently manage a

docket of personal injury cases , including

car wreck

and

slip and fall

cases.Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from

filing the lawsuit

through

trial , including

discovery ,

depositions ,

motions ,

settlement negotiations , and

court appearances .Conduct

legal research

and draft legal documents, such as

pleadings ,

motions , and

discovery responses .Represent clients in

court hearings ,

mediations ,

arbitrations , and

trials .Develop and execute

litigation strategies

to achieve favorable outcomes for clients in personal injury matters.Negotiate

settlements

with opposing counsel and insurance companies to resolve cases efficiently and in the best interests of clients.Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress, legal strategy, and next steps.Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and deadlines are met.Prepare clients and witnesses for

depositions

and

court testimony .Requirements:

2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience , specifically handling

car wreck

and

slip and fall

cases.Ability to independently handle a

personal injury docket

from case initiation through trial.Strong

oral and written communication skills , with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.Litigation experience , including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.Proven ability to negotiate favorable

settlements

and manage client expectations throughout the litigation process.Strong

organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD)

degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the

Texas State Bar

is required.Certifications (Preferred):

Certification or coursework in

personal injury law

or

trial advocacy

is beneficial but not required.Key Skills:

Expertise in

personal injury litigation , with a focus on car wreck and slip and fall cases.Ability to handle

trial preparation

and courtroom advocacy.Strong

client communication

and

negotiation skills .Proficiency in

legal research , drafting legal documents, and managing case files.Ability to work independently and handle a
