Regular Full-TimeSalary Range : $120k/yr - $185k/yrClearance RequirementsThis position requires a current and active TS/SCI Clearance at the time of application.What you will be doing:Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.Performs day-to-day management of overall project/contract support operations, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locationsOrganizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projectAssumes responsibility for project resultsWorks with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timingCompletes work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each taskProvides a project schedule to identify when each task will be completedCommunicates clearly expectations to team members and stakeholdersMediates between stakeholders and team membersResolves issues and solves problems throughout project life-cycleManages project scope by ensuring changes to scope are documented and approvedTracks and reports on project milestones and provides status reports when requestedLeads, coaches, and motivates team membersOrganizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projectsMakes decisions and recommendations based on the business need for each project, and makes on-going decisions based on what’s best for the organizationPosition RequirementsExperience:3 years’ experience in a relevant field to the requirement.This level applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervisionEducation:A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.Physical Demands:This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
