Job Description:Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:University degree, ideally related to engineering or computer science8+ years of work experience in Software engineering2+ years of experience in Project Management/CoordinationExcellent knowledge in Google Apps Script and extensive experience indeveloping automation solutions (by connecting multiple systems), ideally withinGoogle Suite
Excellent knowledge and hands on experience working with complex GoogleSheets formulas
Ability to use API documentation to interface with client systemsStrong applied SQL and/or BigQuery knowledgeFamiliar with code change processes (working in Cider and Critique to modifySphinx systems/policies as needed)Experience in client facing role with responsibility to independently drive andpresent deliverablesExcellent communication and documentation skills and ability to professionallycommunicate with senior leadershipExtremely detail oriented and ability to apply critical thinkingExperience architecting and implementing software solutions based on abstractclient ideasExperience analyzing processes to find areas for optimization and/or automationAbility to work under minimal supervisionVery proficient in Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Slides etc)Up to date knowledge on emerging technologies/industry trends and ability toapply them into operations and activitiesExperience/knowledge in Java/J2EE, Java Script, SQL, Python, Linux, ABAP,IoT, Interfacing with Cloud, Mobile Data module, Angular JS, NetworkAdditional Skills/Qualifications (preferred):Familiarity with client-vendor relationship and experience working in a vendorroleFamiliarity with Google internal tools and systemsExperience with a bug/ticket tracking systemKnowledge in Purchasing processesExperience translating customer feedback/requests into technical requirementsExperience creating and tracking automation metricsExperience creating dashboards and discussing key outcomes with senior
