POSITION SUMMARYWe are currently seeking a capable Full stack Software Developer who wants to make a difference in the lives of our members. The successful candidate will develop database-driven web applications and EDI systems to help us guarantee that our members have access to the health care services they need.

Candidates should expect to work at all levels of the software development stack, from the database to the UI and all the application layers in between. You will work closely with our Business Analyst Team, Stake holders, QA, and Software Development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers’ needs.COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONSWorks closely with all departments necessary to ensure that the processes, programs and services are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with CHG policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations including CMS and/or Medicare Part D and Special Needs Plan (SNP).RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain an upbeat attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement through code reviews team retrospective, and trainingsCollaborate as a team to solve problems using Agile methodology.Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Ensure that systems meet business and customer needs for reliability and availability and meet requirements.Contribute to a multi-tiered architecture of databases, web services, web applications, and mobile applications.Develop EDI processes to transform and store data to support business objectives.Build robust SQL queries and debug database performance issues.Develop and continuously improve automation solutions to enable teams to build and deploy code efficiently and consistently.Monitor and manage application performance and service quality, including troubleshooting, identification of root causes and issue resolution.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.Adherence to security requirements and confidentiality as required by the company and HIPAA.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Bachelor’s degree in different field with equivalent applied experience.Experience/Skills:Minimum of 3 years of software design, development and implementation using the following technologies:Development and maintenance of web-based user interfaces using ASP.net Core, MVC, and WebForms Development using C# and 3rd party control libraries.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS,

jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS, experience with Angular, React or Vue Js.Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and/or VB Script, Java, PowerShell.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.Experience working with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and writing complex queries and stored procedures , including Integration Services (SSIS), and Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports.Extensive experience with object-oriented analysis and design patterns.Proficient with source control management repositories (such as GIT, SVN, etc.) and CM practices.Solid understanding and experience designing and developing applications using architectural patterns.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.Experience with Agile development and strong understanding of DevOps principles.Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions.Flexibility, adaptability and desire to learn new languages and technologies.Unit Tests and Mocking techniques..Net Core, .Net standard and .Net framework.Healthcare background is preferred.Strong analytical, logical and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management; able to work on multiple projects concurrently.Strong oral and written communication.Ability to adhere to security requirements and confidentiality as required by the company and HIPAA including OWASP and other Secure coding practices.Preferred Qualifications:CSS preprocessors and libraries such as LESS and BootstrapExperience with Figma or wireframes technology.Mobile Development in MAUI, Xamarin or SwiftExperience with EDI systems analysis and design.Health care data systems such as Diamond or QNXT.Knowledge of the X12 transactions sets 837I, 837P, 820, 834, 835.Physical Requirements:Minimum 30 lb. lifting.May be required to work evenings and/or weekends.Community Health Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
