  • The System Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems within industrial plants.
  • They collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure reliable operation.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Develop and design control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions for plant equipment and processes.
  • Integration: Integrate various subsystems (such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS) to create a cohesive and efficient plant-wide system.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plant systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintenance: Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and preventive measures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
  • Experience: Prior experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process engineering.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
  • Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Familiarity with P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
