What You'll Do
As their
Paid Media Specialist , you'll manage and optimize paid campaigns across various digital platforms, making sure they are reaching the right audiences and driving results for their brands. You'll collaborate with the team and leverage
Albert.AI , their AI-powered marketing tool, to keep campaigns running smoothly. You'll dive into data, refine strategies, and bring new ideas to the table to ensure they are getting the best ROI.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Manage Campaigns : Run paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with AI : Work closely with
AI
to refine targeting, optimize budget allocation, and monitor real-time results.
Keyword Research : Use tools like
SEMrush ,
Google Keyword Planner , and
Ahrefs
to find the best keywords for our clients paid search campaigns.
Competitive Research : Stay ahead of the game by analyzing what competitors are doing and helping our client find new ways to stand out.
A/B & Multivariate Testing : Experiment with ad creatives and landing pages to see what works best, then use those insights to improve future campaigns.
Analyze Performance : Track performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-click, then adjust strategies to get the most out of every dollar.
Collaborate : Work with our clients creative and marketing teams to make sure everything from the ads to landing pages aligns with our clients goals.
Optimize for Conversions : Focus on improving conversion rates by tweaking ad copy, creative, and landing pages using tools like
Optimizely
or
Google Optimize .
Audience Insights & Segmentation : Develop and refine audience segments, including retargeting and lookalike audiences, to make sure our client is reaching the right people.
Stay Up-to-Date : Keep tabs on the latest trends, updates, and privacy regulations in the digital ad space, and make sure our clients campaigns are compliant with all the latest rules.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who's comfortable balancing the technical side of paid media with creative problem-solving. Here's what we'd love to see:
Experience : 3+ years managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Research Skills : Experience using tools like
SEMrush ,
Ahrefs ,
Google Keyword Planner , and
SpyFu
for keyword and competitor research.
AI Familiarity : Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms like
AI
is a plus, but we're happy to teach if you're willing to learn.
Analytical Mindset : You're comfortable diving into the data, analyzing results, and using insights to make campaigns better.
Certifications : We'd love to see you have one or more of the following certifications:
