**Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays**

Orientation held every other week on Thursday Ratios: 1:5. In instances where there might have a call in or staff member leave sick, then it can go to 6/7 to 1. When it is 6/7 to 1, the RN would have 5 of their own patients and back on 1 or 2 of an LPN’s patients. Years of experience REQ: 2 Years RN Experience; 1 Year In-Specialty Experience First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required Certs REQ: BLS/BCLS; ACLS Can be floated within scope if needed Manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license 36hrs guaranteed RTO Restrictions: none - just discuss with manager during interview Special Requirements: 39 Beds. Cardiac - Acute MI unstable angina CHF unstable arrhythmias and cardiac disorders. CVA surgical patients. Observation unit with high turnaround 36 hours or less. Half inpatient half observation on average. Adult and Geriatric patient populations. Cardioversion TEE thoracentesis bone marrow biopsy chest tube insertion central line insertion paracentesis experience preferred but not required. Post Cardiac Cath Post Angiogram PTCA experience required. Required drips are heparin cardizem amiodarone dobutamine dopamine nitro. Must have a working proficiency.

Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
