Shift
: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, M-F,
weekend coverage as needed
Length
: 16 weeks
Requirements:
VT License
Minimum of 3 years prior community hospice experience
BCLS

100 Miles Radius ruleWill need excellent typing skills as they have a narrative heavy EMR.Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education; Symptom assessment and management with high level of critical thinking skills; Comfort initiating and participating in goals of care discussions and planning with patients, family, and team; Medication management and administration (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, and other routes).
