Floating: May be required to float to ICU, Surgical stepdown unit, ER.

Requirements:Must live 50 Miles away from facility1+ years exp requiredSkills Checklist matching specialtyDrivers licenses with address that matches demographicsNY license in handCurrent AHA BLS, ACLS, Cardiac certifiedNURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License
Common patient diagnosis:Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies/cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP/LP shunts, seizures.
Occasionally:syncope, hyper/hypotension & vascular surgeries.
Special procedures:Chest tube insertions, EVD insertions, Halo's
Common medication:Antiseizure medications, antipsychotic medications, antihypertensive, DM.
Common equipment:Bard IV pumps, GE cardiac monitor, EPCD, sit-to-stand tool, Hoyer, transfer boards, seizure pads.
