Travelers will be 1st to float can midshift float- can float at any time during shift to different units and facilities, whenever there is a needNurse:Patient Ratios: ER: 1:4, ICU: 1:1-2, MedSurg: 1:5, Tele: 1:4, Peds: 1:3, NICU 1:4Common diagnoses/Types of patients: will get from unit managersWill be required to titrateThis facility has a radius rule of 50 milesEpic Travel Staffing:
