Drift Net is looking for an experienced and competent Manufacturing Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes.
The Manufacturing Director will also have a significant role in shaping our company’s policies and procedures, making strategic decisions, and ensuring the sustainability of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and implement manufacturing plans and strategies aligned with the business objectives.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Control the budget of the manufacturing department and optimize expenses.
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.
Ensure all legal standards are met.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
Qualifications
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
Demonstrated experience as a Manufacturing Director or in a similar capacity, particularly within startup environments.

$100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
