13 weeksWeekend Requirement: 3 shifts in a 4 week period. Self schedulingHolidays: Work into holiday rotationRequirements:AZ RN LicenseMust have minimum 2 years experienceLevel 1 trauma experience requiredBLSACLSBSN preferredCertified in Med Surg/Tele preferredOther details:
Floating: Possibly to Med surg/Tele floorsCharting System: CernerAll RNs will be expected to complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changesRequired to pass DYS exam prior to accepting. 2 attempts# beds: 48 total - 10 epilepsy specialty roomsRatios: 1:4 days and nightsCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: Epilepsy, 24-48 Trend EEGs, Brain tumor, Subdural hematoma, scoliosis surgeries, TBI, Neuro dxEpic Travel Staffing:Day 1 health insurance coverage and comprehensive benefits options401(k) matching programWeekly direct depositConcierge state licensing program for RN and other healthcare modalities in multiple states, including CAIndustry leading allowances and reimbursementsReferral program with cash bonuses and additional perksExclusive job openings - Only at EpicEpic Elite Program - Priority status at top facilities and exclusive loyalty bonusesPlease note that all pay rates are estimates.
