AHA BLSBachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required. Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy is preferredPrevious work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferredPrior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferredother details:
Floating may be requiredDetails:COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
