Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPPrimary Location: Wild Rose, WIGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40Shift: 8hr Days Monday-Friday (Will consider 4x10s if needed)Weekends: NoneHolidays: As neededCall: NoneFloat: Throughout facility within skillset, To all System FacilitiesMinimum 3 years PT experience REQUIRED (open to New Grads)License/Certs Required: WI PT & AHA BLSCharting Experience Required: EPICUnit Overview: Inpatient/Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients.Patient load: Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts)
No New Travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
