Our Seattle, Washington (WA) office is looking for a Senior Civil Operator or Designer with 15+ years of experience to join our Development Services team!ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage drafting and plan preparation standardsDevelop technical drawings and plansMake and quality check drawings and plans of substantial complexity and perform multifaceted calculationsRequires minimal supervision to perform day-to-day tasksKnowledge of engineering principles and suggests design changesSupervise and train CAD staffCoordinate work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality controlDevelop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standardsQualifications15+ years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (associates degree preferred)Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settingsAdvanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley productsStrong work ethic, interpersonal communication/writing skills and desire to learnAbility to work independently and with a teamWillingness to mentor and teach othersDetail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starterSalary Range:
