Location: Denver, ColoradoThe Director, Healthcare Organizations will lead the HCO Team's strategy to drive sales growth and retention for hospitals and ASCs. Key duties include identifying opportunities, developing business plans, analyzing performance, and monitoring market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to align products with customer needs, develop new offerings, and manage partner relationships. Oversee process improvements and lead a high-performing team.Measures of success include increasing customer retention, acquiring new customers, and leveraging insights from AORN's customer base to shape the development of new products for HCO customers.AORN is based in Denver, CO. Our Director, Healthcare Organizations will work in a remote capacity.Responsibilities:Increases customer retention, acquires new customers, and leverages insights from AORN's customer base to guide the development of new products for HCO customers.Understands the needs of the HCO market and communicates these insights to AORN staff to help improve product offerings.Evaluates the competitive landscape of the HCO market and creates solutions to generate success.Builds and develops a high-performance HCO team focused on delivering value for HCO customers, maximizing financial performance for the Association.Creates and utilizes information & reporting tools to analyze results and determines strategy based on quantitative information.Builds an annual sales strategy and infrastructure for the HCO Team.Develops and achieves annual revenue and expense budgets.Establishes team and individual goals to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets.Collaborates with the marketing department to promote, price, and deliver products and services effectively.Serves as key contact for strategic HCO customers (e.g., large hospital systems).Establishes sales incentives for the HCO team, tracking sales progress of the HCO team, calculating earned incentives, and working with the CFO and HR to develop and implement annual incentive plans.Applies critical thinking, creativity, and effective business communication skills to identify and communicate annual operational and budget plans.Ensures continuous process improvement across sales, marketing, and operational functions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall customer satisfaction.Maintains complete and accurate documentation of HCO customer sales activity and communicates new opportunities or threats to AORN's revenue to the organization.Conducts regular meetings with the HCO team to review business performance and identify opportunities with key strategic accounts.Encourages innovation and appropriate risk-taking among team members.Fosters collaboration, engagement, and creative problem-solving within the HCO team.Performs other duties and projects as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or equivalent.5+ years business management experience.5+ years of people management & development experience.Strong business acumen & results-orientation; proven track record of meeting & exceeding annual business results.Project management experience.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred.5+ years sales experience in the medical device industry and/or experience selling to hospitals, healthcare networks, and/or Ambulatory Surgery Centers preferred.Healthcare experience preferred.Fluent with Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce.com, preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Relationship builder, with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and team building skills, and proven ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization.Enthusiastic, with a will to excel.Resilient and creative with mental agility and sound judgment.Thinks creatively when solving difficult problems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities.Excels as a team player - focused not only on team performance but the overall performance of the Association.Works and acts with a sense of urgency.Ability to demonstrate and hold others accountable for organizational values of: Innovation, Communication, Quality, Diversity, Equity and inclusion, and Achievement.Hiring Salary Range:

$185,000 - $210,000 per year + $20,000 annual incentiveFLSA Status:
