Job Overview:
A respected law firm is seeking a full-time attorney to join its fast-paced Commercial Litigation and Employment Law Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex and engaging legal matters. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or employment law, with a track record of handling jury trials, extensive depositions, and complex motions.Location:Duties:Handle commercial litigation and employment law cases.Lead and participate in jury trials, depositions, and court proceedings.Draft and argue complex legal motions.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Collaborate with colleagues on challenging legal matters within the practice group.Engage with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.Requirements:5-10 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or employment law.Experience in conducting jury trials, depositions, and arguing complex motions.Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Ability to generate new business or bring existing clients to the firm is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.Skills:Excellent legal writing and research abilities.Strong oral advocacy and courtroom experience.Ability to work independently while managing multiple complex cases.Strong organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Business development skills are a plus.Company infoBCG Attorney Search125 Park Avenue, 25th floorNew YorkNew YorkUnited States 10017Phone :
