Senior Brand Manager

Our client is a category-leading food manufacturer seeking a Senior Brand Manager. They offer a complete benefit package, salary range of $150K – $170K with a target bonus of 20%.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute strategic and tactical product and marketing efforts to drive growth and enhance equity for the brands
Analyze consumer/consumption data to monitor health of business and identify insights to drive strategy and direction
Demonstrate strong understanding of key P&L drivers for the portfolio by evaluating new formats, channels, pricing and packaging configurations
Partner with Sales, Shopper & Consumer Marketing to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities at retail
Manage day-to-day business including budgets
Serve as point person for communications team on execution of seasonal brand campaigns, packaging, pricing and marketing collateral updates
Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share
Plan and oversee execution of promotional activities including shopper marketing, digital/social, PR, Amazon, and more
Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness and impact over time
Partner with a cross-functional team to develop, test, and execute product and packaging innovation in line with brand strategies
Assist in development of marketing plans and packaging updates; work with external agencies and cross-functional teams on creative development and logistics
Steward the big picture strategy and executional details, including identifying areas for optimization
Manage key marketing projects
Write R&D Briefs for all new products
Track and execute packaging changes for consistency across the line and manage processes according to production timelines
Help plan and prepare for all US industry trade shows
Requirements:
BS/BA required: MBA highly preferred (Marketing emphasis a big plus)
8-10+ years brand management experience
CPG food manufacturing experience
Strong Communication and presenting skills
Proficiency with data analytics, innovation, packaging development, and market research processes
Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data to uncover insights
