Irvine, CA · Full timeWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Marketing Associate. This hybrid role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk while also supporting the marketing department with various tasks. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized, and creative individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and marketing.Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet and welcome visitors and employees with a positive, professional attitude.Manage the front desk, answering and directing visitors to appropriate staff.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.Marketing Duties:Assist the marketing team in planning and executing events.Support behind the scenes content creation for social media.Support the creative team during photoshoots (steaming clothes, ordering food, completing quick errands, etc.).Other duties as assigned.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or events coordination role.Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Asana, or social media platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional appearance and demeanor.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
