DescriptionSummary:

BC TEAM is looking for an experienced Content Creator to elevate our brand’s online presence and drive interest and engagement with our brand. BC Team encompasses a unique range of business services and specializations within the field of real estate and land development, featured under a single brand. BC TEAM is based in Gilbert, with real estate and development projects heavily located in the East Valley, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley locations, as well as throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at building brand awareness and expanding opportunities for real estate home and land sales. You will be responsible for editing and publishing high-quality video and photo content for our websites and social media platforms by creating polished and engaging content weekly. Additionally, you will engage with our online community, build relationships with other social media account holders to increase our following, and maintain a comprehensive content calendar and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, iterate and maintain an innovative social media strategy aligned with business goals.

Capture high-quality photo, video, and drone footage to produce social media content.

Design engaging campaigns that attract customers and enhance brand loyalty.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy for growth.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms.

Ensure all content aligns with company brand vision and guidelines - uniformity in branding across platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with high-level content creation

Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.

Understanding/experience with the design-level elements of real estate photography/videography.

Ability to capture and produce high-quality video and photo content primarily for social media platforms, but also for website use.

Social Media management experience

Working experience overseeing campaigns on the most current social media platforms.

Understand metrics of social media campaign effectiveness in promoting services and products to targeted audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools.

Solid understanding of all major social media platforms and emerging trends.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
