We offer a variety of Impact Network Groups led by team members who are passionate about driving engagement, creating awareness of diverse backgrounds and experiences, and building inclusion across the organization.We are currently seeking a Repossession Specialist that will be responsible for working with customers regarding past due payments, attempting to avoid repossession and charge off. If the accounts are not able to be satisfied appropriately, this position will coordinate efforts with vendors, other ONB departments, and customers to secure the collateral and process required account maintenance. This position will be responsible for decisions regarding the collateral, such as but not limited to redemption requirements, additional fees for securing collateral, and if collateral is worth securing.Key Accountabilities

Portfolio Management:Ensure accounts are worked completely and efficiently, thus notifying all parties involved of delinquency; including but not limited to calling all numbers, skip tracing and sending appropriate letters.Certify all activity is documented properly and accurately, assisting with and allowing necessary and appropriate follow up.Identify and correct errors that may negatively affect the customer and/or the bank.Coordinate with vendors, co-workers, management and other ONB departments to evaluate collateral, secure if appropriate, and follow up as needed, ensuring repossession actions are adequately managed timely and adhere to all compliance regulations.Ensure that SCRA checks are completed at each milestone for any loans that are currently in repossession.Ensure that charge offs are taken in a timely manner, as outlined in procedures.Certify that customers understand options, actions taken and expected/possible outcomes, working with them professionally and respectfully throughout the process.Qualifications and Education Requirements
