Your expertise will extend to providing guidance on tax and estate planning structures for clients with non-U.S. citizen spouses, as well as offering strategic counsel on renouncing U.S. citizenship, abandoning long-term permanent residency, and structuring ownership in foreign businesses to optimize U.S. tax implications.Your responsibilities will also encompass drafting U.S. estate plan documents for clients with foreign assets or foreign beneficiaries, administering estates of U.S. individuals owning foreign assets, and advising foreign clients on structuring investments in the U.S. This includes real estate acquisition and creating tax-efficient structures for asset transfers to U.S. beneficiaries.
