Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW, Holidays work into perm staff rotationLength
: 13 weeksRequirements:CA License3 Years ExperienceMust have postpartum and L&D experienceBLSACLSNRPAWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)Other Details:
Floating: float to medsurg or CCU rarely & only if desired. Will have to work both L&D & PP on unit# beds: 10 bedsRatios: L&D is usually 1 to 1-2, follow AWHONN guidelines, postpartum is 1 to 4 couplet careEMR: Cerner, Fetal heart monitor is fetal linkCommon diagnosis / Types of patients: on PP side they may occasionally get a post-op gyn surgery, also will see high risk deliveries, 35 weeks and above, drug babies that go through withdrawal protocol, twin deliveriesEpic Travel Staffing:Day 1 health insurance coverage and comprehensive benefits options401(k) matching programWeekly direct depositConcierge state licensing program for RN and other healthcare modalities in multiple states, including CAIndustry leading allowances and reimbursementsReferral program with cash bonuses and additional perksExclusive job openings - Only at EpicEpic Elite Program - Priority status at top facilities and exclusive loyalty bonusesPlease note that all pay rates are estimates.
